Your Career Development Portfolio (CDP) is the best way to showcase why an employer should hire you. It empowers you with action steps and tools that help you illustrate how you can deliver on the job. It includes not only your resume, but also highlights your work and learn experiences, and your professional network and connections. You will complete your CDP with your career coach by your side.
