IvyCares

Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and IvyCares is here to provide additional support to you throughout your academic journey. Sometimes called “wraparound services”, staff in Ivy Tech’s IvyCares offices are here to connect you with campus and community resources. IvyCares focuses on helping students in four major areas, including transportation needs, food insecurity, mental health, and emergency funds.

Disability Support Services

The mission of Disability Support Services at Ivy Tech is to provide access to College programs, services, activities, and facilities for students with disabilities; to provide student advocacy; to encourage the highest levels of academic and personal achievement; and to advocate for an accessible environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Tutoring

Ivy Tech Community College offers free tutoring services to any currently enrolled student. The academic support we provide leads to greater success and higher achievement for our students.

Testing Services

Ivy Tech Community College’s Testing Services provides exam administration and related services to prospective students, current students, community members, businesses and other groups throughout Indiana.

Career Coaching

A focused, one-to-one relationship with a career coach who will help you figure out the right steps for your career path. You can ask questions, work with the coach to explore programs and careers that feel right for you, and lean on them for navigating your next steps.

Sexual Violence Prevention

Ivy Tech Community College intends to provide a safe place for all students. Violent behavior, direct or indirect threats, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of all students to help keep the school safe by monitoring their own behavior and reporting incidents involving other students who exhibit any form of violent or threatening behavior

Suicide Prevention

Because suicide is a leading cause of death among college students, Ivy Tech is committed to providing students and staff with information to increase awareness of suicide prevention.

TRIO

TRIO Student Support services is a federally funded program by the U.S. Department of Education that provides additional support services to first-generation, low-income, and/or students with a disability during their time enrolled in college.
