Sign-up for classes that begin soon! You can sign-up via MyIvy. For 1-on-1 help signing up for classes, make an advising appointment by logging into MyIvy, click Student, then Advising. You can also call (812) 330-6013. General questions? Email AskBloomington@ivytech.edu. 

Bookstore

Counseling Services

Students have access to free mental health counseling through IU’s Center for Human Growth. To schedule an appointment, email chgit@indiana.edu from your Ivy Tech email to be connected with a counselor.

The library is open! Students are encouraged to call 812-330-6080 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are also permitted during business hours by ringing the doorbell. Those with an appointment will have priority service as capacity is limited.

Tutoring

Free tutoring! Our Student Success Center offers free virtual tutoring services. Please note, Ivy Tech students receive 20 free hours of tutoring from Tutor.com through your MyIvy account. If you need additional hours beyond the 20, reach out to Dr. Cara Reader, Director of Retention, at creader2@ivytech.edu.

Zoom

Zoom is a tool used to conduct and record live meetings, host webinars, etc. Find video tutorials here

IvyCares

Everyone needs a little help sometimes and IvyCares is here to provide you the support you need throughout your academic journey—both in and out of the classroom. IvyCares focuses on helping students with a variety of services, including:

  • Access to emergency funds
  • Assistance to combat food insecurity
  • Link to IvyAssist's vast amount of local options
  • Mental health support
  • Transportation assistance

Food and Supply Pantry

We can provide food and essential household resources to you. Due to the pandemic, we are asking that students complete this form to request what is needed. We will email you with a confirmation statement telling you the order number, which you will need to provide at pick up. We will try our best to fulfill your order as you requested it, but may need to substitute items. Pickups for your order are in C139. Please check in at the desk.

Wireless Outdoor Internet Access

Need WiFi access? Free and secure WiFi hotspots are available around the campus building and parking lots. Areas highlighted in green indicate the best spots for connectivity. Simply park your car and use your Ivy Tech credentials to access it on your device!
