As an online student, you must follow the same academic integrity, grade appeal, and complaint procedures as a student taking a traditional face-to-face course. Details on those processes can be found in the Student Handbook.  Additional detail can be found in the Academic Support and Operations Manual in policy 4.6.

Out of State Students

As an out of state student taking online courses at Ivy Tech Community College you must follow the same procedures listed above that apply to all online students. However, as a SARA participating institution, you have the additional option of raising concerns with Indiana’s Commission for Higher Education for issues where you have already completed the traditional process but where you have not been able to be resolve the issue. Steps for that process are listed on their website.
