The Northeast Indiana Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education connects area students with employer partners to obtain sponsorship to pursue a two-year degree. Sponsors provide selected students with a paid work experience working part-time while attending classes.

What are the benefits of the program?

Students who participate in the NEINFAME program obtain 60 credit hours and up to 1,800 hours of on-the-job training. Their focus is on developing critical soft skills while working with a sponsoring employer. 

Am I eligible?

Anyone with a high school diploma and a desire to gain hands on, technical training is eligible to apply.

How do I apply?

We are now accepting applications for the 2022 cohort.

(Transcript upload is required. ACT/SAT scores are preferred, if applicable.)

When does the program start?

Sponsor company internship begins summer of 2022. Ivy Tech courses begin fall of 2022.
