Major Responsibilities:
Serves as the first contact with students, faculty and staff for bursar questions and issues either in person or on the phone
Receive payments & key payments into the system of record - Banner
Reconcile daily cash drawer with Banner report; correct discrepancies before finalizing report in Banner
Process all request for official transcripts
Apply all charges for proctored exams / tests
Process payments received by mail to student accounts in Banner.
Issue bus and parking passes & maintain database (Access) for both
Review and approve Student Computer Requests and maintain database (Access)
Perform all other related duties as assigned consistent with commonly accepted practices
Hourly Wage: $15.00
Schedule: up to 28 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Six (6) months to one (1) year cash handling & customer service experience
First class customer service and communication experience
Strong organizational skills
