About the Role:
The Academic Advisor serves as a key contributor to student success through a proactive, case-managed advising model. This role is responsible for delivering developmental academic advising to a diverse student population, guiding students in defining and refining their academic and career goals, and connecting them to resources that foster persistence, retention, and completion.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: The College Connection Coach/Recruiter plays a vital role in guiding high school students through dual credit, dual enrollment, and Early College programs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-secondary education.
