Student Support Services
Academic Advising & Class Registration
Plan your schedule and sign up for classes by logging into MyIvy and clicking Schedule Builder. For 1-on-1 help signing up for classes, make an advising appointment by logging into MyIvy, then clicking Schedule Appointment with Advisor.
Advocates
Our Student Advocate Office can help you resolve misconduct, academic, and other campus issues that are affecting your ability to succeed. No matter the situation, we are here to help with resolution. Contact Chad Carlson, Director of Student Advocacy, at pcarlson4@ivytech.edu or 812-330-6086.
Basic Food & Supply Pantry
Everyone needs a little help sometimes. We have basic food, hygiene, and household supplies for our students in the Student Life Office located in C139.
Career Coaching
A focused, 1-to-1 relationship with a career coach will help you with career exploration, resumes, interview prep, job search and more. Questions or need help scheduling an appointment? Email bloomington-careercoaching@ivytech.edu.
Counseling Services

Disability Support Services

Emergency Funding
Students may need assistance with short-term financial emergencies in order to be prepared, attend classes, and persist in their academic coursework. Click Student Emergency Aid Application to apply for temporary financial assistance.
IvyAssist
Students can use our resource locator IvyAssist to search for resources, such as community food pantries, emergency funding, childcare and more.
IvyLearn
For help with IvyLearn, log in and click Help on the left side, then click IvyLearn Student Resource Center. See also student guides or student video guides.
Library
The library is located in D123 and is open for service. Online services are also available at Ask a Librarian through chat, email, and text message.

Textbooks / Bookstore
The Bloomington campus bookstore is open and offers online textbook orders. For store hours, click Bookstore then Bloomington location.
Tutoring
The Learning Commons is located in D117 and offers free in-person and virtual tutoring services. Students also receive 20 free hours of tutoring from tutor.com through their MyIvy account.
Zoom Help
Zoom is a virtual / online tool used to conduct and record live meetings, host webinars, etc. Find video tutorials here.
