The Tutor Center at Ivy Tech Community College has expanded its services to become the Academic Enrichment Center.  The AEC not only provides trained peer tutors to assist students, but also supplemental instruction through peer assisted learning sessions (PALS).  The AEC is also establishing study groups in the areas of Mathematics and English, which will soon include topical workshops led by both tutor staff and instructors.  Our goal is to provide students with as much assistance as possible in order to further their academic success.

Courses:

Tutors are available to help students in writing, reading, math, study skills, English, chemistry, computers, accounting, and most other classes.  PALS are currently paired with several Chemistry and Anatomy and Physiology classes.

Our tutors and PALS leaders are College of Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) certified.

Location and Hours:

The Academic Enrichment Center is temporarily located in the Learning Resource Center until the remodel of the new office space is completed.

Monday - Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
