Please make sure to reserve the Oakley Auditorium for your event well in advance as scheduling for the Oakley Auditorium is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We respectfully request that reservations be made only for the amount of time needed to set-up, host and tear-down the event equipment to assist us in allowing more to enjoy the use of the facility.

Give yourself and our staff plenty of time to set up by arriving an hour before your event to make sure everything is how you want it.

It is always a good idea to come early to your event to rehearse any media, test microphones, and other technical needs you require.  Otherwise, you risk having something not function properly, when expecting it would do so automatically upon your arrival.

If you feel your event is newsworthy or need help promoting it, let our Resource Development Office know at the time of the request and we will contact you regarding the College's availability to assist in promotion.  We have a new messaging system which can assist in promoting your event on-campus.

If you are scheduling an event that would bring "guests" to the campus, please let us know so that we can arrange parking.  We have parking permits and can provide temporary tags for the event.

Don't forget to confirm your catering, speakers, and attendees prior to the event.

If you have any special needs, please alert the Resource Development Office so we can assist in arranging for them when appropriate.

If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible!

We will also provide contact information prior to the event so that you may contact us in case of an emergency.
