Individuals may utilize the Sullivan Learning Center to complete the entrance assessments to attend Ivy Tech Community College, proctor exams for current students, or acquire an application and registration materials. Tutoring is also available at no cost.
Sullivan Learning Center Hours:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Course Offerings - To view courses available at the Sullivan County Learning Center, select Terre Haute from the campus drop down menu and search for the SUL code.
The Sullivan Learning Center also provides the following accommodations:
Resource Room
A resource room, located in the Learning Center, is equipped with computers available for all members of Sullivan County and access to Ivy Tech Community College virtual library. Individuals enrolled in web-based distance education courses may also utilize this room.
Conference Room
A conference room is available for local organizations and businesses to utilize in order to accommodate various needs. This room is equipped with "Smartboard" presentation technology which allows for interactive presentations. Please call in advance to schedule the use of the conference room.
Senior Scholars
Through the Senior Scholars program, Indiana residents 60 years and older can take college courses through the Learning Center tuition free! You must also be a high school graduate or GED recipient, retired from your primary vocation, and not employed full-time. While tuition is free, students are responsible for books, supplies and the technology fee.
