“My Ivy Tech degree got me an administrative position away from my factory job. I knew I wanted out of that setting, but I wasn’t the best student in high school. I was a military veteran and got financial aid from the VA. I needed a few refresher courses, but Ivy Tech is awesome in preparing students. I was also able to keep my assembly line job by taking all the classes at night. I graduated Ivy Tech with a 3.5 GPA and was in Phi Theta Kappa honorary society. I work in an office now and have more job security and more interesting work, plus I bought my own home. Ivy Tech gave me confidence to achieve more in my life.”
