Lee All has taught American Sign Language for several years at the Resource Agency for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Sycamore Services, Praise Ensemble and through private tutoring. She has written American Sign Language curriculums and has directed the ASL performance choir, Celebration Signers, for years. She is a member of ASLTA (American Sign Language Teachers Association), R.I.D. (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf), and N.A.D. (National Association of the Deaf).

American Sign Language - Bravo Level II

Prerequisites: American Sign Language - Bravo Level IV

This is the final course in the study of American Sign Language using the Bravo series for conversational signing. It incorporates advanced study of language structure, conceptual signs, Idioms, and focus on excelled finger spelling speed and receptivity. This class will review all previously learned material for completion of the course.

Online Medical Spanish

Do you need to communicate with the Spanish-speaking community.  Take it online.  It is available on demand on a monthly basis.  A new class will start the first Wednesday of every month.

 This online, noncredit seminar is designed for the medical practitioner (receptionist, nurse, EMT, x-ray technician, and physician) who needs to communicate with the area’s increasing number of Spanish-speaking residents.  Approximately 300 essential terms and phrases will be covered.  Examples of terms and phrases that will be covered include:  name, insurance, telephone, thermometer, prescription, blood, bone, open your mouth please,  where does it hurt you?  how long?, etcetera

 The development of this project was funded, in part, by a grant awarded under the President’s Community-Based Job Training Grants, as implemented by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration.

Beginning Conversational French (a new session begins the third Wednesday of every month)

Discover how easy it can be to learn common words and phrases for both leisure and business. This course makes pronunciation simple, with phonetic spellings for every word and phrase you need to learn. The course even includes audio, so you’ll be able to hear and practice the language with little more than a click of your mouse! You'll also learn cultural tips in each lesson that will make you more comfortable in a foreign setting.
