USIvy Admission Requirements
Students who would like to participate in the USIvy program must apply to the program when they begin at Ivy Tech. A link to the application is listed below, and paper applications are also available at all Ivy Tech Admissions Offices.
If a new Ivy Tech student meets program entrance criteria and successfully achieves the program’s renewal terms, then they will be guaranteed admission to USI.
Acceptance Criteria
Students will be admitted into the USIvy program if they have earned at least a 2.5 cumulative high school GPA based on a 4.0 scale or appropriate GED scores. Alternative criteria, such as ACT or SAT scores, may be required if academic eligibility based on GPA or GED scores is in question. USI Admissions staff will review the criteria to confirm eligibility.
Necessary Documents
Applicants to the USIvy program must submit the following documents to the Ivy Tech Community College campus at which they intend to enroll:
• High school transcript or GED scores
