Can I have my cell phone with me while I test?
No. You are not allowed any electronic devices in the testing center
during an exam.
Can I write down the questions that I don’t know
on the exam?
No. There is no paper or writing utensils allowed in the testing
center during an exam.
How long do I have to wait before I can retest?
MOS retests can be given immediately. Pearson VUE varies
Can I bring a book?
No. You are not allowed any paper products (such as books, magazines,
etc.)
If I fail, how much does the retest cost?
MOS Exams come with one retest. Pearson VUE has no retest so you
will need to purchase another exam and register.
