Managing Your Priorities
The activities in this module provide the awareness and skills participants
need to make better decisions about their daily work. Participants
learn techniques that help them deal with complex interpersonal
interactions, build strong work relationships, and increase their
overall productivity, even in an environment where changing priorities
are a daily reality.
Influencing for Win-Win Outcomes
In today’s cross-functional workplace, ideas often need support
from a wide range of people in order to be successfully implemented.
In this module, participants learn to analyze, develop and present
their ideas in a way that helps them win the necessary support.
Moving from Conflict to Collaboration
This module gives participants the skills to turn conflict into
opportunities to achieve positive, productive results. Participants
identify their typical approaches to conflict; explore the pitfalls
common to dealing with conflict in today’s organizations;
and, using a situation from their own work, practice the specific
skills they use on the job.
Coaching: Bringing Out the Best in Others
By applying coaching skills in the workplace, employees can motivate,
guide and support one another in working toward – and achieving
– top performance. This module helps participants recognize
daily opportunities to coach people they work with and provided
the coaching skills they need to bring out the best everyone.

support of the executive team, QUEST features critical skills to

Quality: Through the Eyes of the Customer
Explore what quality is and what employees can do to make it a reality.
This module communicates the quality concept and raises employees’
awareness of quality by focusing on products and services from the
customer’s perspective.
Building individual Commitment to Quality
This module provides managers practical skills they can use to overcome
the obstacles that prevent people form devoting their energy to
a quality effort. They explore how to work with employees to clear
away stumbling blocks and resolve conflicts between customer needs
and organizational requirements.
Resolving Customer Dissatisfaction
Practical skills for working with customers (inside or outside the
organization) whose expectations have not been met. Participants
learn ways to defuse the customer’s annoyance and to refocus
the interaction for successful resolution of the problem.
Participating in Quality Problem Solving Sessions
Participants will learn how to contribute ideas and encourage others
