Status Code
Status Codes describe the state or condition of a course on the
student's record for which a grade has not been awarded. Status
code indications carry no quality points. Status codes and the symbols
used to indicate them are:
I = Incomplete
AU = Audit
S = Satisfactory
U = Unsatisfactory
V = Verified Competency
NW = No-Show Withdrawal
W = Withdrawal
Incomplete - "I" designations may be issued, at the instructor's
discretion, to students who have actively pursued a course and are
doing passing work at the end of the course but who have not complete
the final examination and/or other specific course assignments.
To remove an "I" designation, a student must meet with
the instructor and make arrangements to complete course requirements
in a specified period.
