How do I begin using Campus Connect?
All users must complete the "First Time Users" account set up to receive a username and password. Go to https://cc.ivytech.edu and click the "First Time Users" link to set up your account. The system will walk you through account set up step by step. During this process, the system will tell you your username and ask you to assign your password. It will also ask you to answer a few personal questions that will be used if you ever need to have your password reset.

What can I do in Campus Connect?
All Users: One place to go to access all Ivy Tech online services, including Email, campus news and announcements, campus-specific content, Group Studio, news headlines, weather, Virtual Library, the ability to personalize your content...

Students: online courses via eLearning, course registration, grades, transcripts, online payments, class communication, college events, personal calendar, important information from the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, Career Services, campus life and activities...

Faculty: online courses via eLearning, online grade posting, teaching schedule, detailed class lists with student contact information, faculty reference materials...

Employees: employee news, job opportunities, forms, handbooks, benefits information and retirement planning...

My Campus Connect session times out almost immediately after logging in, what can I do?

1. Clear all cached IE (Internet Explorer) items
   1. Open IE
   2. Select Tools, Internet Options
   3. Locate Browsing history, select Delete
   4. Delete all but passwords
   5. Restart IE
2. Use Mozilla browser
   1. Visit http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ and download Firefox 3. This is just another browser you can use to surf the Internet.
3. Call CO for additional help with IE
   1. Call 1-877-IVY-TECH – wait until entire message is played then press *0, wait until you are asked to select an option and press *0, then press 3 to transfer to the queue. Hold time shouldn’t be too long – you’ll get to speak with a live help desk person. Explain your problem.

Forgotten password

1. Visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the Forgotten Password? link.
2. Click on the I Agree button at the Acceptable Use Policy page
3. Type in your username and the Next button. If you don't know your username, click on the click here link to access the First time user section
4. Answer 3 of the 6 security questions (you have 3 attempts to successfully answer 3 of the 6 questions before your account becomes disabled and you have to contact the help desk to have a ticket opened with Information Security
5. You can now change your password: the password must be 8 characters and must contain at least one letter and one number (the password is case sensitive so if you create your password in lowercase, then you must enter your password in lower case when you attempt to log into Campus Connect)
6. To log into Campus Connect, click on the Click here to log in link or to reset your password, click on the Click here to reset your password link and follow the steps starting at step 3 in the Forgotten Password section

Forgotten username

1. Visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the ForgottenYour Username? link.
2. Click on the I Agree button at the Acceptable Use Policy page
3. Supply the following 4 pieces of information and click
4.  “Next”.
   • Legal name.
   • The last 4 digits of your social security number
   • Your date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
   • The zip code of your current mailing address.
5. Your username will be displayed
6. To log into Campus Connect, click on the Click here to log in link or to reset your password, click on the Click here to reset your password link and follow the steps starting at step 3 in the Forgotten Password section above.
