STEP 1
You need to order your textbooks so they will arrive prior to the start of class. Please visit the Follett bookstore to order your books!

STEP 2
Log into Campus Connect and follow onscreen instructions to gain your username and password. Click on the "First Time Users" link to begin.  If for some reason you have trouble supplying the required information, please contact the helpdesk.

STEP 3
Check your email! Once logged into Campus Connect, access your email by clicking on the email icon in the top right corner of Campus Connect. Check your email regularly as you only have 15MB of storage.

STEP 4
Access Blackboard by either clicking on the Distance Learning link in Campus Connect or directly using https://dl.ivytech.edu/. The username and password in Blackboard is the same as Campus Connect. View the courses you are enrolled in. You will not see your courses until the first day of the semester.

STEP 5
Read the Online Orientation Materials. If you have not taken an Internet class with us before, you need to become familiar with the Blackboard system. The best way to do this is to complete the Online Orientation course. You'll see this course listed under "My Courses" in Blackboard. You can also visit our FAQ page.
