Veterans may contact the VA Certifying Official at Ivy Tech Community College or the VA Regional Office in St Louis (1-888-442-4551) for information concerning eligibility. In order to receive benefits, the veteran must be enrolled in a VA approved course of study. Generally, six to eight weeks are needed to activate benefits.
