Realize you can't be all things to everyone.
Create a schedule that works for you. Set aside "me" time, as well as time devoted exclusively to studying and stick to it.
Don't be afraid to ask for help.
Get plenty of rest and maintain a healthy diet.
Create support networks through family and friends - don't be afraid to communicate your challenges and successes!
Plan in advance - emergencies will come up and the more planning you do in advance, the less stressed you will be.
Utilize college resources such as tutoring services, library, etc.
