SOUTH BEND, IND. (Dec. 18, 2008) – Ivy Tech Community College-North Central’s Medical Laboratory Technician Program was recently awarded continuing accreditation by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).  The accreditation recognizes the program’s compliance with the standards of accredited educational programs for the clinical laboratory technician/medical laboratory technician and was granted for a seven-year period.

NAACLS provides leadership in fostering innovative educational approaches and actively supports cooperative efforts with other agencies.
