SOUTH BEND, IND. (June 10, 2008) – South Bend Fire Department Chief Howard Buchanon and South Bend Police Department Chief Darryl Boykins are featured on the cover of the latest issue of Ivy Tech Community College’s statewide magazine.  Both Buchanon and Boykins are Ivy Tech-South Bend graduates.  Buchanon completed an associate of applied science in Visual Communications with a Photography specialty in 2006.  Boykins completed an associate of applied science in Business Administration with a Business Management specialty in 1985.  The magazine also includes an article about the chiefs’ experiences at Ivy Tech.
