About the Helpdesk Mission Statement:
The Ivy Tech helpdesk was designed to provide a single point of contact for students and faculty who have questions or problems with our Online Services. Our staff is committed to helping you find solutions to your online technology support issues.

The Helpdesk hours (Indianapolis time):
Tuesday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Saturday - Monday 24 hour availability
Helpdesk requests received after hours will be processed the next business day.

  1. I cannot access campus connect at https://cc.ivytech.edu ; I keep getting a pop up window error message - Campus Connect uses a pop up window to determine which web browser you are using. To learn more about managing pop up blockers, click here .
  2. I tried access Campus Connect and I get a Java error - Java must be enabled to access Campus Connect. To learn more about enabling Java and JavaScript, click here and select the browser that you are using.
  3. I don't know my username or password - To setup your account, locate your username or reset your password, visit https://cc.ivytech.edu and click on the appropriate link on the main page:
  4. I get timed out or a session expired within seconds of logging into Campus Connect- There can be browser related reasons or issues with how your internet service provider connects you to the web. For more information click here.
  5. What is Campus Connect? - Campus Connect is the new Ivy Tech Community College web portal. To learn more, click here
  6. What happened to Campus Pipeline, Web4 Faculty and Students, Virtual Library and eLearning powered by Blackboard? - All of those same services are available, but now through Campus Connect using one ID and password. The Web4 services are now available within the Online Student and Faculty channel found on the Student and Faculty Services tab.
