Refund Policy

During the initial days of each term, students who drop a course will be eligible for a 100% refund.   Following this period, students will not be eligible for any tuition refund.   Students may continue to withdraw until 75% of the course, in weeks, has been completed.  

The 100% tuition refund date will be based on the length, in weeks, of each term.   The date is calculated using the first official day of the term, not the first course meeting.

Spring 16-week courses (January 14, 2008 - May 10, 2008)
Last day to drop course with a 100% refund   - Friday, January 25th
Courses dropped after January 25th will receive no refund
Last day to withdraw from 16-week classes is Friday, April 11 th .
Spring first session 8-week courses (January 14, 2008 - March 4, 2008)
Last day to drop course with a 100% refund - Thursday, January 17 th
Courses dropped after January 17 th will receive no refund
Last day to withdraw from first session 8-week classes is Friday, February 22 nd .
Spring second session 8-week courses (March 5, 2008 - May 10, 2008)
Last day to drop course with a 100% refund - Monday, March 10 th     
Courses dropped after March 10 th will receive no refund
Last day to withdraw from second session 8-week classes is Wednesday, April 23 rd .
For terms shorter than 8-weeks (i.e. Practical Nursing courses), please contact the Registrar's Office at (812) 246-3301 ext. 4139 or 4128 for specific drop information.
