Mortuary Science
The Mortuary Science program prepares you for the challenges you will encounter as a funeral service professional. The curriculum addresses the changing needs and expectations associated with funeral services and accreditation standards.

The college not only uses its own facilities but also partners with area funeral directors and coroners to expose students to a wide range of experiences. The curriculum reflects current and future trends in the funeral profession. The program covers the complexities today’s funeral practitioners face in areas such as business, accounting, and computer science. Instructors also convey a sense of social consciousness of the growing responsibilities and obligations of funeral service professionals.

"I completed my degree while working full-time and with four children and a husband at home. I liked the flexibility of the program. Students like me are able to enroll in just one class or more if they like."
