A Murder Mystery Dinner, Friday, February 14, 2014
6:30pm - 8:30pm. Murder Mystery is an audience-interactive show with students trying to solve a murder which has occurred during dinner. Students can bring one adult guest. Limited seating! Free for students and guest!

Native American Museum Trip. November 7, 2013.

Want to learn more about other cultures?  This is Native American History Month.  Take a trip to the Native American History Museum in Indianapolis.  Free to all Students.  Transportation and tickets are provided free of charge. Save a Life Tour (drunk driving Simulator). Monday, November 11, 2013, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Johnson Hall Bennett Lounge.

Students will have an opportunity to test their ability driving drunk and gather information about their reaction time.  This is free and open to all students

Relaxation Program. Tuesday, November 12, 10:00 a.m.  Johnson Hall Bennett Lounge.

Student will participate in an oxygen bar and other relaxation opportunities)  Free for students! Come and experience true relaxation, Massage Chair, oxygen bar, and more.   

Money Management Workshop – presented by Natco Credit Union. Wednesday, November 13, 2013, noon – 1:00 p.m.

Pre-Release Movie Fruitvale Station (Rated "R”). Friday, November 15, 2013 . 6:30 p.m. Stidham Auditorium Richmond.

In 2008, Oscar Grant was a young African American man living in Oakland, CA. On New Year's Eve he went to San Francisco with his girlfriend and some friends to bring in the New Year. On the advice of his mother he took BART (the public transit system) to avoid drinking and driving. Fruitvale Station is based on a true story. The movie opens with cell phone videos shot by people on a train standing at the Fruitvale BART stop where Oscar and his friends were being detained by BART police for a fight that broke out on the train. The videos show the police had Oscar face down on the ground when one of the white police took out his gun and shot him in the back.  He died the next morning.  Sign up via IvyLife!  Space is limited!

Holiday Celebration Connersville,  Tuesday, November 19, 2013  10:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Connersville Instructional Center lobby.

Come down to the Connersville campus and experience a holiday treat.  Enjoy a light holiday snack, create ornaments, and decorate the holiday tree.  Don’t leave the party without getting your free crystal.  Your picture will be carved into a crystal which you can give out as a holiday treat or keep for yourself.
