| Software Ordering
To assist students and faculty, Ivy Tech Community College of
Indiana - Richmond is a member of the Microsoft Developers'
Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) Subscription program. This program
allows the College to check out specific software programs to eligible
students and faculty for approved academic use.
Qualifications to check out software through
the MSDNAA subscription program:
You must be a current Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana student
enrolled in an Ivy Tech CIS class that is using the software that
you want to borrow.

You must be a current faculty member of Ivy Tech Community College
of Indiana who will be teaching an Ivy Tech CIS class that is using
the software or completing applicable research/development using
the software.
Software available for students to check
out:
In order to check out program software, students must be enrolled
in an appropriate Computer Information Systems (CIS) course. Then,
you must click on one of the classes below. The links will take
you to the storefront where you can log on to check out software.
Use your Campus Connect
username to log in and fill it out the form to reserve a copy. You
will be notified when your software will be available for pickup
from Randall Chewning in the IT
department.

Procedures to borrow software:
Print and then fill out the Resource
Check Out Form or pick up the form in the Information Services
Office at the main campus on Chester Blvd. Please be sure to indicate
what course you are enrolled in and the software that you need to
borrow. Then, return the completed form by mail or fax it to Randall Chewning to acquire your
software.
