To register by telephone you must use a touchtone
telephone, which produces a tone when you push any button. The touchtone
telephone functions as a computer keyboard giving you live access
to the telephone registration computer.
This system is available to returning students who
have active enrollment records within the last two years. Registration
through telephone is not different from college staff inputting
the information. However, closed classes, courses not listed in
the schedule, the audit grade option and registration hold messages
cannot be processed through telephone registration. You must go
to the appropriate office or to your advisor for assistance in resolving
these uses.

When you call the touchtone number, the telephone
will be answered by a computerized voice response system that will
guide you through a process with a series of commands and questions.
You must respond to the questions and commands by depressing the
correct keys on your touchtone telephone.
SID and PIN
You will be asked for your nine-digit student id
number and six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Your PIN will be your date of birth for the first-time
users and self-assigned for prior users.
Online Registration via Student Services
- Access the online registration via the internet at https://cc.ivytech.edu
- If you have not already established your username and password, please click on the "First Time Users Click Here" link. This is not your same username and password that you used for Campus Pipeline or Web4 Students
- Enter in your username and password to log-in
- Click on the "Student Services" tab
- Click on the link that reads "Students Click Here to:"
- Select the "Fall 2008" link
- Click on the "Student" tab
- Select the "Registration" link
- Select "Add or Drop Classes"
- Select the term from the pull-down menu and click "Submit"
