Financial Aid Appeal Process

The following steps are recommended to students who feel they have received unfair treatment in the financial aid process:

• Schedule a personal conference with the Director of Financial Aid to discuss and resolve the issue.
• If that proves unsatisfactory, schedule a consultation with the Dean of Student Affairs.
• If that still does not resolve the issue, schedule a conference with the Student State Committee. This committee will make a recommendation to the Chief Administrative Officer to resolve the issue.
