How to obtain a free transcript
If you attended Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana after 1990, you may obtain a free copy of your unofficial transcript by visiting Campus Connect.
*The Registrar's Office does not issue unofficial transcripts.
To get your free unofficial transcript do the following steps:
- Log in to Campus Connect. If you aren't sure of your username or password you'll have to use the links on the front page
- Click the "Student Services" tab
- Click the words "Students click here to" in the top left
- Then click on the blue sentence that says "Register for courses, view grades and transcripts, pay tuition..."
- Then click "Student and Financial Aid..."
- Finally, you click on the "Unofficial Transcript" link located under the "Student Records" tab
Reminders:
- Effective August 25, 2008, all transcripts are $5 each. Payment by check, money order, or credit card is accepted.
- Give the correct address to which you want your transcript sent.
- Submit a separate release for each address to which you are sending copies.
- If you have an outstanding balance with Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, your transcript cannot be released until this is resolved.
- If you attended Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana prior to 1990, you must contact the Registrar's Office of the campus you attended to obtain a copy of these grades.
