Excel Fundamentals 2010
This course starts with the basic concepts of Microsoft Excel 2010 and builds participant skills to the advanced level. Participants spend 12 hours working hands on in a computer lab with an expert instructor. Beginning with building simple spreadsheets, the course culminates with the creation of PivotTables and macros and the integration of Excel with other computer applications.

Basic Industrial Electricity In this training course you will be introduced to the study of electrical laws and principles pertaining to AC and DC circuits, current, voltage, resistance, power, transformers and OhmÕs law. Learn to read and under-stand electrical drawings, ladder drawings and symbols, three-phase systems, and motor control and power circuits. You will also get electrical safety and basic troubleshooting procedures.

Pumps & Hydraulics Basic Industrial Hydraulics and Hydraulic Pump Maintenance Ð students are introduced to the function of hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and reservoirs. You will learn about hydraulic symbols, diagrams, hoses, and fittings, to construct and maintain hydraulic circuits and the operation and maintenance of hydraulic pumps. It is recommended you understand safety and troubleshooting procedures for hydraulic systems before you take this class.

Professional Communication-Presentations
In this course, participants become aware of the impact of verbal and nonverbal communication when using
email, written letters and communication styles in order to capitalize on strengths and improve upon weak- nesses. You will also learn the importance of delivering an effective presentation, utilizing PowerPoint.

Conflict is inevitable and is part of normal human behavior. In this course discover behavior styles and relation- ships between behavior and conflict.
