What happens to your order when we receive it?
- Your order is verified by our staff to ensure that all the information is correct, you have included your street address (remember no PO Boxes) and if you are using financial aid, that your financial aid is available. If there is a problem with your order you will receive a phone call and/or an email within 2 BUSINESS days of our receipt of your order. We often return calls after 5 p.m. so you may want to provide both a day and an evening phone number on the order form.
- Your order is packaged for shipping. If a book is out of stock from your order we will send you a partial shipment of what is in stock and send the rest as soon it is available.
- Your order is shipped using UPS WorldShip. WorldShip provides easy tracking of your order and updates you via email when your order is shipped, delivered, or if there is a problem with the order. You will normally receive this email within 3 BUSINESS days of the receipt of your order.
- Your order arrives at the address indicated on your order form.
