This information is used to make the daily decisions required in
our fast-paced, competitive business environment. The Ivy Tech Community
College of Indiana Accounting program helps you develop a diverse
array of technological skills and aptitudes needed by today’s employees.
You’ll also develop problem-solving abilities, along with analytical

also provides you with the practical skills needed by today’s employers.
A strong background in accounting can lead to entry-level positions
in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, payroll,

Applied Science degree requires 60 credits. Students may earn a
Technical Certificate by completing the 30-credit program.
The Accounting program develops an understanding of accounting
