MYSTERY BASKET COMPETITION
Student chefs compete with each other for the opportunity to design and execute the menu for A Reason to Taste.
Eight Ivy Tech Community College Northeast Students won the Hospitality Administration program’s Mystery Basket Competition on Friday. They will travel to France to study French cuisine for two weeks. LAST YEAR'S BANQUET, AUCTION RAISED NEARLY $60,000 FOR STUDENTS
In its second year, Ivy Tech Community College Northeast’s A Reason to Taste fundraiser dinner and silent auction on Oct. 12 drew more than 200 people and raised nearly $60,000. One-hundred percent of the money benefited the Ivy Tech Foundation, dedicated to student scholarships.
