The Eli Lilly rooms can be joined to accommodate groups larger than a single room's occupancy. To view examples of room setup options click HERE.
Cost
There is currently no fee for use of our meeting facilities. Fee is subject to change at any time.
Parking
You may park in any space that is designated for parking and not marked for employees or a green permit. Please use the handicapped spaces only if appropriate documentation is displayed. You may check our Locations page for a campus map including all parking areas.
Catering
Food and beverage are permitted in all Lilly Meeting rooms, but is prohibited in the NCHS Auditorium. Events can be catered by an outside vendor, but use of the kitchen is prohibited by outside groups. Tables can be set up to accommodate food upon request.
Audio/Visual Equipment
If you require audio/visual equipment for your event, please check the appropriate boxes on the rental agreement form. An equipment request form will be sent to the Instructional Design Center for you.
Use of campus computers requires a temporary account. Once a reservation has been made, please contact the Instructional Design Center at (765) 269-5480 to set up temporary computer access. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for laptop computers.
Room Cleanliness
Ivy Tech Community College - Lafayette takes pride in its facilities, and we ask that you leave the room in the same condition in which you found it. Disregard for the facilities will result in the loss of future use.
Smoking and Tobacco Use
Ivy Tech Community College - Lafayette is a tobacco free campus; use of any tobacco product is strictly prohibited. All tobacco products must be extinguished before entering college grounds (this includes smoking in vehicles while on college property).
