"Success"
“I can still picture myself on the first day of class walking into the building…I had mixed emotions.” Angie Bowman ’94 looks back on the decision she made to attend Ivy Tech now with a smile. Fifteen years ago, Angie was a single mom working full time looking for a way to improve both her and her child’s life. She looked to Ivy Tech and never looked back.
After earning her LPN from Ivy Tech, Angie began her career in the medical field. Today, Angie works as a nurse practitioner at Howard Regional Health System and she also teaches nursing classes part time at—you guessed it—Ivy Tech Community College.
