Welcome to the Ivy Tech Registrar’s Office!

The Registrar's office handles the following:

• academic records
• graduation information
• transcripts (high school, previous college transcript request, and Ivy Tech college transcript)
• transfer of credit information
• withdrawing from classes

The Registrar's office also supplies students forms to:

• drop/add a class
• make address changes
• make name changes
• apply for graduation
