OFFICE ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM
The Office Administration Institute will prepare you to start in a variety of fields, including Administrative Assistants, First Line Managers, and Software Application Specialists. You will learn word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation graphics and other communication technologies giving you the skills to move to the top of an organization's must-hire list. The program is technology focused, with math, reading, and writing exercises embedded in class projects. Through this training you can earn five Microsoft Office Certifications. This Institute will run for four, eight-week terms for a total of 32 weeks of instruction. Classes will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00-2:30.
Through the Ivy Institute, students will enroll in four 8-week sessions in which they can earn the following certifications:
Upon successful completion of the Office Administration Institute, students will earn a Technical Certificate in Office Administration, the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification and up to five Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications.
