Ivy Tech Community College-Central Indiana is proud to offer athletic opportunities to students, including several men's, women's and co-ed club teams. Current teams include men's and women's basketball, men's soccer, co-ed softball and bowling. Teams are added based on student interest - if you have a request, please contact Jason Roth, Athletic Director.

Club Team Sports

Ivy Tech Community College-Central Indiana offers club level team sports activities. The purpose of the Athletic Program is to promote honesty and respect while shaping Ivy Tech students into productive members of society.

The mission of team sports is to learn and understand discipline, teamwork, and the value of hard work.  Through athletics, students will have the opportunity to grow within the Ivy Tech community and form lasting relationships.

Qualifications
Students must meet the following minimum requirements to participate in team sports:

  • Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average
  • Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the semester of participation
  • Attend all team functions

ATHLETICS HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Men's Basketball team won ACIS National Championship making them 3-time, back-to-back national champions!
  • Men's Soccer team has been formed, won first game in LIGA league.
  • Co-Ed Softball to compete during summer semester at the Chuck Klein Softball Complex
