Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) was established by students to encourage participation in student government and to promote college spirit and recognition. SGA is the voice of the student body, serving as the liaison between students and the faculty, staff and administration. SGA improves student development and the campus community through participation in the governance of the college and providing and supporting student-organized events.

Student Senate
           
Chairperson: Ali Curtis, (acurtis16@ivytech.edu)

Each degree-granting academic program of the college will be a constituency for one elected student senator. Undecided students will collectively be represented by one elected student senator.

All Student Senate members must maintain a semester and cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 of higher and be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) credit hours per semester, excluding the summer semester.


Campus Events Committee (CEC)

CEC is responsible for coordinating student-organized activities which contribute to student engagement and community and student development.

Presidents Round Table (PRT)

This is an open forum for the presidents of all student clubs and organizations. Facilitate the collaboration of all student organizations in relation to their specific and collective purposes related to student concerns, as well as community and student development

All PRT members must maintain a semester and cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher and be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) credit hours per semester, excluding the summer semester.


Budget Committee

Chairperson: Janelle Mackins, (jmackins@ivytech.edu)
The Budget Committee serves as a financial advisory board for all student clubs and organizations and the Finance Director of the SGA. Each semester, the Budget Committee, through the Finance Director of the SGA, will recommend organizational and event budgets for approval to the Student Senate.
