Come to the Next Step Event

If you have applied to Ivy Tech and are confused about what to do next, then plan to attend the NEXT STEP EVENT.   Staff will help you complete the admission process and then begin the NEXT STEP in the registration process.  You will also learn about the NEXT STEP in your college career, which will include learning about financial aid, courses you will need to take to earn your degree and career opportunities after you graduate.

Choose from one of the following dates.  Register on line:

  • July 30 - AUD - 6 p.m.
  • August 5 - AUD - 6 p.m.
  • August 8 - AUD - 9 a.m.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE ATTENDING THE EVENT:

• Obtain an official copy of your high school transcripts, showing the graduation date, or passing GED scores.  How?  Pick up a copy (in a sealed envelope) and bring it with you, or have them sent to:  Office of the Registrars, 50 West Fall Creek Parkway North Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46208.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE EVENT (if applicable):

• Copy of SAT/ACT scores.  Testing waivers will be issued for scores of 460 or higher for SAT in each area, and 19 or higher for ACT in reading, writing and math.

• Copy of any grade reports or transcripts showing college-level course work.

• Copy of score reports showing AP or CLEP credit
