You may order your caps, gowns and personalized announcements in one of two methods: through the Ivy Tech Bookstores or directly from the vendor, Balfour.

Ivy Tech Bookstores

The Ivy Tech Bookstores will be selling caps, gowns and announcements for 4 days only.

North Meridian Campus (Tech Center)
January 28 & January 29
11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Lawrence Campus
January 30 & January 31
11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Please note:  If you are purchasing graduation apparel and supplies using financial aid, you must purchase them on one of these days.  This will be your only opportunity to purchase graduation apparel and supplies using financial aid.

Balfour

Students not using financial aid to purchase apparel and supplies will be able to order from the vendor's Web site until mid-March at www.balfourcollege.com.

Associate Degree apparel costs $44.00. 
Technical Certificate apparel costs $28.50. 
Extra tassels are $4.75 each. 
Payment is due when ordering. 
There are no refunds.

Personalized announcements are sold in packages of 25.  Prices may vary based on the package.  The last date for ordering personalized announcements is April 1.

Caps and gowns will arrive in the bookstore the first of April.  For those who did not order caps and gowns in advance, a limited number will be available for last minute purchase through May 9, 2008.  Supplies are not guaranteed.

The Student Government Association provides funds for a limited number of students who are not able to purchase a cap and gown.  Those students who think they may be eligible can contact their program chair to receive and application.
