Applying for Graduation

All graduating students must complete the Request for Degree Audit with Intent to Graduate from and submit to the Registrar's Office. This form is available in the Registrar's Office and starts the process of preparing for diplomas.

The form must be returned by March 7, 2008 for the graduate's name to appear in the Commencement program. Checklist for Graduation

You are ready to graduate if you have:

1. Successfully completed all required courses within your program with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
2. Completed at least 15 degree credits as a regular student of Ivy Tech (credits acquired through advanced placement methods such as ;testing out; do not count toward these 15 degree credits).
3. Satisfied all financial obligations with the College.
4. Completed the Request for Degree Audit with Intent to Graduate form.
