Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is changing lives. Every day, thousands of first-generation college students, displaced employees, and low-income workers get a chance for a better future, thanks to Ivy Tech's varied, extensive curriculum, flexible scheduling, open admission, caring faculty and affordable tuition.
Ivy Tech Foundation partners with donors to ensure that the College's educational opportunities are available to everyone, regardless of financial situation. Tax-deductible, charitable contributions support scholarships, facilities, instructional equipment, and faculty development to build stronger local economies and a skilled workforce.
Donors may designate their gift for a specific project, scholarship or campus or allow their gift to be used where it's needed the most. Each gift makes a difference and helps change students' lives.
Although Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is one of seven state-assisted colleges and universities, only two thirds of its total funding is appropriated by the General Assembly. In keeping with a commitment to make college affordable to every Indiana resident who needs and desires new skills, Ivy Tech has held tuition increases as low as possible. Private, charitable support of the College through the Ivy Tech Foundation provides the margin of excellence so that students get the training they need, and the quality they deserve.
While the joy of helping change lives of Ivy Tech students is the greatest benefit donors receive, there are many ways to give that provide immediate or deferred tax benefits. These benefits allow donors to make a greater impact with their gifts.

Indianapolis, IN 46208 - Tribute gifts: A gift that will change the lives of others is a wonderful tribute to honor a loved one who has passed away or to acknowledge a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. Your gift will be promptly acknowledged, and notification or your thoughtful gesture will be sent to the party you specify. No amount will be mentioned.
- Matching gifts: Many companies will match the gifts of their employees or retirees. Check with your human resources department to see if your company has a matching gift program.
- Other gifts: Gifts of securities, mutual funds or property can bring additional tax benefits.
