The Academic Advising Center provides professional academic advising for community college students. It is a centralized resource for students, faculty and staff. All students are welcome to contact the Academic Advising Center with questions. Academic advising begins with orientation and continues through a series of meetings each semester during the student's first year. Students are assigned to an academic advisor depending on the student's area of interest and the advisor's area of expertise. Academic advising is designed to support the educational goals of students. Students are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor or faculty advisor before registering for classes.
