Our workforce training and consulting programs are focused on developing competencies and skill sets that are translated to better business success and a stronger Indiana economy.

Our focus is on total solutions rather than simple resolutions. Training and development programs are supplemented by a host of college resources such as Career and Employment Services and Internships. Small businesses benefit from our relationship with the Indiana Small Business Development Center. Our Workforce Certification Center can test learning outcomes and in some cases, issue a third party license from organizations such as Microsoft. Bottom line is a return on your training investment.

Unique programs such as Ready for Work, Ready for College embed vocational skill training with workplace readiness and college prep curriculum that prepares individuals for on the job success. Custom training solutions utilize the talents of our instructional design team to design and develop core competencies and learning outcomes that are matched to the root causes and strategic goals of the business or operation.

Training delivery is fundamental to the execution of our programs. Our faculty maintain the highest subject matter specific credentials and are working professionals. We bring a practical approach to the classroom complemented by the latest adult learning methodologies. Our courses can oftentimes be delivered on-site at your location at a time that is convenient to your workforce.

We stay actively engaged in the community to offer appropriate training that is effective and measurable.
