Personnel Policies and Procedures
Employment at the College    
  Faculty Promotion   Updated reference to detailed policy located In Academic Policy & Procedures Manual.
       
General College Opearations    
  Employer/Employee Relations   Replaces and updates Employee Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures Policies to an informal open door/problem resolution process for earlier notification and resolution of concerns. Corrective action will be accomplished through performance improvement plans.  When involuntary separation occurs for a full-time benefits-eligible employee an appeal process is available.
