Ivy Tech offers a comprehensive menu of voluntary benefit plans. Most of these plans provide the value of employer-negotiated premiums, with the convenience of payroll deduction for full-time, benefits-eligible employees. Premiums for all of the plans listed below, with the exception of Long-Term Care Insurance, will be deducted from your paychecks. Vision Insurance may be taken on a pre-tax basis through TaxSaver, while the other benefits are taken on a post-tax basis.
