Voluntary Benefits
   

Ivy Tech offers a comprehensive menu of voluntary benefit plans.  Most of these plans provide the value of employer-negotiated premiums, with the convenience of payroll deduction for full-time, benefits-eligible employees.  Take a look at the brief plan descriptions below to determine if any of these plans may benefit you and your family.  Premiums for all of the plans listed below, with the exception of Long-Term Care Insurance, will be deducted from your paychecks. Vision Insurance may be taken on a pre-tax basis through TaxSaver, while the other benefits are taken on a post-tax basis.  More detailed information and premium rates are available on the Ivy Tech benefits website, Ivy Tech Benefits Website.
